1. Cancellation and reimbursement of appointments

  • Any cancellation or modification of appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In the event of cancellation within the time limit, no fees will be charged and any advance payment will be refunded in full.

  • In case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or absence from an appointment without notice, no refund will be granted and a fee equivalent to the amount of the session may be charged.

2. Delays

If you arrive late for your appointment, the session may be shortened to accommodate other clients' schedules.
The initial rate will remain applicable and no partial refunds will be made.

3. Gift Cards and Packages

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Prepaid plans are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person upon written request.

4. Reimbursements for medical reasons
In the event of a medical contraindication justified by an official document, we can:

  • Propose a postponement of the service to a later date

  • Or, if necessary, grant a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

5. Promotional Services or Discounts
Promotions, discounts or special offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
