Proactive Massage Therapy Policy
To ensure safe, professional, and high-quality service, we ask our clients to respect the following rules:

Jewelry Removal
It is strongly recommended that you remove your jewelry, watches, bracelets, and earrings before treatment. This helps:
avoid any risk of damage to the jewelry from the oils and products used,
ensure optimal comfort during the session.

Health Form
For your safety and to adapt the treatment to your needs, it is mandatory to complete the health form during your first appointment and to keep it up to date thereafter.
The form must be completed before the start of your session.
Failure to complete this form may result in cancellation of the appointment without refund.

Preventive Measures
If the massage therapist deems it necessary to wear gloves or apply any other preventive measure, the client must agree.
If the client refuses, the appointment will be canceled.
