MY STORY 

Davide Asselin, founder of Proactive Massage Therapy, brings a unique perspective. After seven years of professional hockey, he knows exactly how essential massage therapy is, not only for relaxation, but also for injury prevention and recovery.

 

Throughout his hockey career, he worked closely with physiotherapists and massage therapists who helped him maintain his best level. This experience awakened his passion for bodywork and inspired him to give back by helping others feel better and move better.

 

Since 2022, Davide has been developing his art in massage therapy and has been fully dedicated to it. His massage style is firm, targeted and results-oriented: not only relaxing, but also deeply therapeutic, with a particular focus on targeting knots and reliefing deep muscle tension.
